SmartHomes Realty,the one stop Malaysia property portal owned by SmartHomes Realty Sdn. Bhd. provides all kindof realty services. We, formally known as Roduta Corporation Sdn. Bhd. were established since 12th March 2001.
We are a profesional real estate services provider which with all kind of properties ranging from land to houses, shop houses, condominium, apartments, etc. We buy, sell, lease, develop them and provide finance facilities.

SmartHomes Realty made a small starting step but a giant leap in 2002 by acquiring 3,300 square meter piece of land in prime area at Jalan Tun Razak Kuala Lumpur. The piece of land was then sold two years later in 2004 achieving an attractive margin.
Between April to August 2009, SmartHomes Realty managed to acquire 34 units of properties from all types and sources. It is our target to obtain more than 100 units by the end of this year.
Beside profit margin out of rental and selling of properties, SmartHomes Realty invested to assist it sister company Smart Car Autoworld Sdn. Bhd. the finance source since 2005. The move were fruitful that had brought outstanding margin to SmartHomes Realty. The Rental revenue of the properties purchased and now owned by SmartHomes Realty too had become regular source of income for our director.
The said SmartHomes Realty’s sister company i.e. Smart Car Autoworld correlates with major local finance institution such as CIMB Bank Berhad, AmBank Berhad, Public Bank Berhad, EON Bank Berhad, Hong Leong Bank Berhad, Maybank, Bank Muamalat and Affin Bank Berhad.
